Name: Kurayami Shichiyou.
Age: 18.

Description: Shichiyou's played by is Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion/Hangyaku no Lelouch. He's usually in something like this, since it's his North School uniform. However, when he's not in his uniform, he's usually in something like this.

Personality: Heartless, acidic and misanthropic are just a few adjectives to describe Shichiyou. Sure, he'll help you with no problems, though he'll find a way to backstab you a few minutes later. He's overconfident and egocentric at times, He's very sadistic, especially in dueling. He's very commanding to people that are lower than him and he sees most of humanity as nothing but a nuisance. Also, if you manage to get on his good side, he will protect you 'til death.

Though, since he came to Duel Academy, the only one that has made him act like his old self is Nishiwaki Akira.

History: Shichiyou comes from a poor town in Japan, where growing rice is their main source of income. He had a loving mother and a loving father, though he always was a rebel. He snuck out of his home, skipped school... basically, a delinquent. However, he still loved his parents very much. One day, when he was out shopping with his mom, he met a boy by the name of Nishiwaki Akira when he was four years old. To this day, he still is friends with Akira and he's the one he trusts with everything, even his own life.

One day when he was eight years old, he found a spare Lava Golem lying down in an alleyway and he inspected the card. He didn't know much about the specific card or even the game until he learned it was part of a game called Duel Monsters. Intrigued, he began to learn the game and he found it to be fun, but yet challenging. However, at age ten, he lost his mother to lung cancer. Distraught and stricken with grief, he sobbed over his mother's death and wanted her to come back, however, she didn't. This was the first step for him to be like who he is today. When his mother died, his father blamed him for her death and told him constantly that it was his fault she died. His father abused him mentally with reminding him of his mother's death and told him that he wouldn't amount to anything. Then, three years after his mother's death, his father died of a self-inflicted overdose. Shichiyou didn't feel remorse for his father's death because he still thinks the bastard deserved it.

Now with both of his parents dead, Shichiyou went to live with his grandparents. He acted so cruelly to them and his heart continued to sink deeper into the darkness. However, his grandparents supported his dueling as a way for him to cope. He didn't respect his opponents at all and he enjoyed seeing them in pain. When he reached fifteen years old and his grandparents were looking for a way for him to continue on dueling, he manipulated them to send him to North School instead of Duel Academy. His reasoning behind this is because he didn't want to go to such a "weak school".

When he arrived at North School, he had to learn from the bottom to the top. He was degraded constantly and was picked on for who he was. Though, eventually, he crushed his opponents and made his place at North School. Though, when Ichinose discussed a tournament for North School vs. Duel Academy, Shichiyou took the opportunity by the reins and signed himself up. Unbeknowest to him, his lifelong best friend Akira was at Duel Academy. When he came to Duel Academy, he didn't expect to see his friend. Confused, yet elated, he made a pact to protect his best friend. Though, Shichiyou introduced himself as Dark or Darkness, not by his real name. This is because it's who he is.

Through difficult times, he has made a few friends, though he still will tell Akira everything he needs to know, even if he acts like an asshole by telling him.

Extra Abilities: Shichiyou can hear and see duel spirits and his very own one is Lava Golem, though he doesn't talk to it as much as he should. He has the ability to be a complete and total asshole to those who don't interest him in the slightest.
